SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Mental Joe ships to all 50 states, U.S. PO Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If shipping APO/FPO/DPO, it must ship USPS. We take care of our own no veteran or active duty service member gets left behind when it comes to getting their gear.
For APO/FPO addresses, please make sure your shipping information is properly formatted to avoid any delays.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 10–31 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times, and mail may travel by ground, air, or a combination of both. Orders may occasionally be delayed due to customs regulations in your country.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Yes. Customs charges vary by country and it's your responsibility to know what those charges will be before you order. If your package is returned to us because customs fees were refused, Mental Joe, will not issue a refund.
PREORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS
If your order contains a preorder or limited drop item, your entire order will ship once that item becomes available. It will then ship via the method you selected at checkout. If you'd like to split your order, reach out to our Customer Service team and we'll get you squared away.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Good things take time and your gear is worth the wait. Please allow 48–72 business hours for us to process your order before it ships.

Delivery times go into effect after your order is processed. Excludes holidays and weekends. All U.S. Territories carry a mandatory $15.00 shipping charge. Rush shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes.
Orders may be delivered via UPS or USPS. In some cases, we may upgrade your shipping tier at no additional charge to make sure your order arrives on time.
Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Flat-rate fees apply regardless of order size or weight in some cases the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs. Orders qualifying for free shipping receive free shipping for all addresses on the order.
